Turn your Bang & Olufsen Cisco 980 on
Press the power button to turn on your new Band & Olufsen Cisco 980 headphones.
The B&O Cisco 980 Power button is located on the bottom of the right ear cup
Pair your Bang & Olufsen Cisco 980 to a Bluetooth device
Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the bottom of the right ear cup for two seconds.
Enable Bluetooth on your device.
Select your headset from the device list.
Charge your Bang & Olufsen Cisco 980
Use the included USB-C cable to charge your B&O Cisco 980. It takes about 2.5 hours to fully charge the headset. As your headset charges, the right LED slowly pulses to show the battery status. When your headset is fully charged, the power LED changes from pulsing green to solid green.
Customize your headset with the Bang & Olufsen mobile app
From the Bang & Olufesn mobile app, you can set up your B&O Cisco 980 and unlock the full call control and audio features from Bang & Olufsen and Cisco. The app also provides links to product support and documentation for your headset.
On your mobile device, open your preferred app store and download Bang & Olufsen.
Turn on your headset and pair it to your mobile device.
Open the Bang & Olufsen app and follow the in-app instructions.
