This is what first-class looks like
Cisco Webex Room Panorama is a new first-class collaboration system built for the modern C-suite. The Room Panorama provides immersive video experience and rich content sharing experience within the Cisco® Webex Room Series portfolio.
An immersive video experience
With the Cisco Webex Panorama your teams can travel across the globe and into one immersive unified experience.
An array of twelve coaxial loudspeakers enables directional audio, adding a dimension of realism. You hear the speakers’ voices above their images on the screen and follow the flow of conversation more naturally. Configured as a four-way speaker system with four subwoofers below, the system delivers the high-fidelity full-band sound for the meeting and the party.
With the Cisco Webex Panorama all the components are hidden inside the scaffolding, with everything neatly fitted and setup for your optimal experience.
The speaker in frame
The camera array with one 83º field of view overview camera and 3 x 50º telelenses creates focus zones based on audio, following the active speaker in full view.
With the clever service hatches you can easily lower the displays by hand and access the internals of the Panorama.
Matching your style
The Panorama comes in two different finishes to suit your personal taste or style. An easy to paint white matt finish and a light wood veneer.
Video conferencing in style
One of the most powerful and feature-rich video systems available to deliver you the ultimate in video and audio quality.
Setting up the Panorama
Bespoke table configurations
For the optimal experience the Panorama can be matched with bespoke table designs ranging in three widths and five lenghts, seating 6 to 18 people in a first-class suite.
We want you to have the best meeting experience, and have defined the optimal room size to ensure best possible video and audio.
Getting the setup right
Making sure that all components are setup in the right places in the room is an integral part of achieving a truly immersive portal from one panorama room to the other. Ensuring the correct distance from camera to table, and a truly symmetric table is a part of what makes the experience more than just another video call.
To make video meeting participants have the best appearance, they should be lit with light coming from both the front, top and back. To achieve this, use a glare-free luminary with a beam angle of 90° or wider. The recommended light intensity for faces is 400‑500 lux, measured vertically. We recommend 700‑900 lux on horizontal work surfaces. The lighting in the room should be even, with little variance between light and dark areas.
Sound & Acoustics
The experience of our video endpoints is even better with well-aimed acoustic treatment. Although we have noise reduction and reverberation reduction algorithms, the sound clarity in your room depends on the acoustic conditions. Especially a powerful system for big rooms such as the Panorama benefits from an optimized acoustic environment in terms of speech clarity and fidelity.
